Privacy policy

This policy covers revivepharmacy.ca — the website. Your pharmacy record itself is handled under Alberta’s Health Information Act and the standards of the Alberta College of Pharmacy; ask any store for that policy.

What we collect when you book online

When you book an appointment or send a refill or transfer request, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and date of birth, plus the service, store, time and any notes you add. We need these so the store knows who is coming, can find your file, and can reach you if the time changes.

Where it goes

Your booking is sent by email to the store you chose — info@revivepharmacy.ca, rx@revivepharmacy.ca, lynnwood@revivepharmacy.ca — and a confirmation is emailed to you. The website itself does not keep a copy: nothing you enter is stored in a database, log or file on our web servers. The emails live in the store’s mailbox and yours.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your information with anyone outside Revive Pharmacy.
• We don’t send marketing email or text messages from the booking form.
• We don’t use advertising trackers on this site. If we add basic visit statistics in future, this page will say so.

Cancelling or changing a booking

Reply to your confirmation email or call the store. If you’d like the store to delete the booking email, ask them when you call.
